What is Data Analysis?
Data Analysis is Taxback.com's proprietary software which allows us to identify the VAT recovery opportunity for a client from their financial data enabling the client to evaluate the opportunity in advance of making a claim.
The Benefits for You
- Greater Transparency: Identifies the reclaimable opportunity in advance of making a claim
- Facilitates Comparison: Facilitates comparisons with the refunds currently being obtained
- ROI: Greater transparency on the Return on Investment facilitates decisions on invoice correction and procedures for invoice compliancy and invoice retrieval
- Maximises Refund: Where possible, a listing of all invoice numbers with recoverable foreign VAT is provided ensuring no recoverable VAT is missed
- Improves Cash Flow: Promptly identifying “large value” invoices means they can be included in quarterly claims
- Reduces Costs: Invoice retrieval time and costs are reduced when a list of invoice numbers, and staff whose expense reports are needed, can be provided.
Taxback.com can run data analysis quarterly on all data extracts to ensure maximum quarterly claims are submitted and that refunds hit clients’ bottom lines as soon as possible.
How it works
Once the data is transferred and uploaded onto our software, it is automatically checked and any new reference information required is added. The software then performs the calculations and returns the potential VAT refund amount broken down per destination country as required.
